A reputed agro based company recently approached us to conduct an assessment centre for their sales force. An assessment centre is a tool to systematic and objective identification of behaviours in individuals, to support actions such as selection, placement, promotion, career management and training. In an assessment centre, individuals are put through various activities, which help assessors test a set of specific competencies in individuals.
