Quoting from the AICC website below. You need to fill out the online license agreement and they will mail you the code in the specified email id.

The source code for the above samples are available free of charge to any person or organization provided that they agree to the terms of the license agreement.
Instructions for obtaining the AICC Sample Lesson source code are as follows:
1. Complete the online license agreement for the AICC Sample Lesson
2. An e-mail will be sent to you with a username and password.
3. With the proper username/password, you may download the sample lesson source code at the link below:
