1. “Please enter your User ID/Password
Please note fields marked with asterisk * are mandatory.”
Weird! I have never seen asterisk for user ID and password. This is typically used in forms to indicate that there are certain areas that have to be filled and other that are optional. Why include it in a list where all fields have to be entered. Also, when you have already given instruction to enter user ID and password, why the need to mention that it is mandatory?!
2. Why would they give me an option to cancel? This seems like the oxymoron to me. Login Cancel. If I don’t want to login, I won’t.
3. In three places, they have mentioned, enter your user ID and password, surely users are not that dense!
4. Success depicted with an exclamation mark! Definitely, another oxymoron. Why is the being warned now that he/she has succeeded in creating an account?
Please do tell if there are others that I have missed!

Hey Archana and Poonam,
As you have both rightly pointed out, the caution symbol with the success message is certainly an oxymoron.
Similarly, as Archana said, the Login and Cancel buttons are also mutually exclusive. And yes, Archana has raised other interesting points that are redundant on the screen.
